I am Jessica Hammond Dalton, a knowledgeable Cleveland area realtor with the expertise and passion for helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate dreams. I have a track record of successful transactions that I have helped sellers get top dollar and buyers negotiate for their best terms and conditions on their purchase. I have a passion for helping people in every aspect of the real estate process and make sure that they have the tools to understand every step of the way. My goal is to have a seamless and stress free experience for every client that I help.

I am from the Cleveland area and I hold a Bachelor's degree in education and a Master's degree in Counseling which help me educate my clients and navigate some of the biggest purchases people make in their lives. I reside in Bay Village with my husband, my Labrador retriever and rescue kitten. I have two children in college. I enjoy reading, cooking, golfing, Cleveland sports and working out. I would love to meet you and help you achieve your real estate goals.
